Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our electrical construction projects within the data center and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management as well as expertise in electrical systems and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for electrical construction projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical and construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing data center and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
