We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing client relationships and leading a team of engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and discuss progress with stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and commercial construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient with project management software and tools.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
