Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects in the commercial and multi-family sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively leading project teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project specifications and requirements.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems, including fire alarm systems and industrial applications.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial and multi-family projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes and design-build methodologies.
- Experience with fire alarm systems and industrial electrical projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary : $85,000 - $145,000
