Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians in residential and multifamily projects.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on electrical installations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain inventory and order materials as needed for electrical jobs.
- Proven experience as an electrician, with a minimum of 5 years in residential or multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Certification or licensing as a journeyman electrician is preferred.
