Electrical Designer/Drafter Electrical Designer, AutoCAD DrafterWe have an immediate role open for an Electrical Designer/Drafter where you'll create precise AutoCAD drawings and schematics that support industrial control systems, including electrical panels, control systems, industrial electrical systems.Produce and update electrical panel designs, update schematics, layouts, and blueprintsInterpret engineering and customer requirements into accurate designs, and when needed work to revise drawings to reflect project changesEnsure compliance with codes and company standardsCollaborate with engineers and project teams internally, and with customers externally when/as neededConduct quality checks on dimensions and tolerancesMaintain organized drawing records, track updates, changes, and keep good records.If you bring the following to the role, this may be a good fit:We would prefer those with an Associate's degree or CAD/drafting certification, or 5 years of experience if no degreeStrong AutoCAD proficiency - Strong ELECTRICAL design experience, hands on!Background in electrical design draftingKnowledge of PLC HMI development preferredExcellent math, problem solving, and attention to detailFamiliarity with industry codes and standardsSkilled in Microsoft Office tools - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
