Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related
- Proven experience as a project manager in the electrical or construction industry.
- Proven experience estimating
- Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and industrial electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
