The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall management and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise drywall installation projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare project documentation, including estimates, budgets, and reports
- 2 years commercial drywall project manager experience (required)
- Familiarity with commercial drywall, EIFS, stucco, metal stud framing & acoustical ceilings (preferred)
- Experience with hotels, convention centers, theme parks, etc. (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary $85-105k (DOE)
