Position Overview
The Drill Shaft Project Manager will oversee all aspects of drill shaft projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead drill shaft projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated accordingly
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on drill shaft or deep foundation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
