What You Will Be Doing
As our Docketing Specialist, you will be responsible for calendaring support for attorneys practicing in various courts and jurisdictions, both State and Federal. Duties include docket court filings, pleadings, discovery and other legal documents in the Firm's calendaring platform, calendar relevant event dates, deadlines and reminders, prepare and distribute reports to legal teams, assist attorney and staff requests regarding calendared events and deadlines, and receiving/reviewing all incoming mail (physical and electronic). This position requires the ability to interpret and advise on applicable civil rules of procedure, local rules and practices in State and Federal courts with respect to calendaring.

What You Need for this Position
- 3 years' recent experience with docketing in class action, employment law
- Strong legal calendar management experience required
- Must have the ability to timely and accurately calculate deadlines in various jurisdictions, including Trial and Appellate Courts, and Arbitration matters
- Excellent research, writing and organizational skills required to be successful in this role
- Experience with online court databases, including PACER and DocketBird, a plus!
- $60k - $85k base (DOE)
