Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our Technology Strategy across our regions. This will include Infrastructure, applications, security, all of IT.
- Work closely with all divisions to align strategies, develop budgets and financial documentation, driving the execution of all technology projects.
- Monitor all finances and project timelines to ensure projects finish on time and on budget.
- Ensure that all divisions are receiving IT Support and all are adhering to corporate requirements and standards.
- Lead a team of 10 in addition to mentoring regional IT leaders.
- Lead the team to ensure project delivery both on the application and infrastructure side.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10 years in Information Technology.
- 5 years leading technology for a medium sized organization, managing a team of 10 individuals.
- Strong experience managing all of technology, infrastructure, applications, security etc.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience working in a global organization with multiple divisions.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a huge plus.
