Director of Software Engineering

Title: Director of Software Engineering
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX- Must be on-site 3x/week
Salary: $180k-225k 15% Bonus, PTO, 401k w/ match and Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
Requirements: 10 years of experience with software engineering and applications (PHP, Nex.js/react, API, Headless CMS). At least 3 years of recent leadership experience within B2C E-Commerce)

* And more! What You Need for this Position- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.- Direct experience in B2C E-Commerce/Retail Nice to have: - Strong experience with Headless/Microservices/API's
- Experience with React or Next.js and headless architecture
- Seasoned background in the retail and E-Commerce industry
- Experience with Wordpress and WooCommerce
- Hands on experience with production, and support
- Experience working with Design teams and Color-Schemes/ Style Guides What You Will Be DoingYou will lead our technology initiatives and drive the evolution of our e-commerce platforms.
