Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive scheduling strategies for mission-critical projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of schedulers to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 to create and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project milestones.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate scheduling meetings and communicate updates to all relevant parties, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance scheduling processes and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling within the construction or data center industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6, with a strong understanding of mission-critical project requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in master scheduling techniques and principles.
- Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
