A top mechanical contractor in New Hampshire is seeking a seasoned Director of Mechanical Operations to oversee project delivery, strategic planning, and operational excellence. This executive-level role will lead multiple teams and help guide the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management teams and oversee operational performance
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support business development and major client relationships
- Oversee staffing, training, and workforce development initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning and long-term organizational goals
- Support preconstruction efforts and major pursuits
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive mechanical construction leadership
- Strong background in HVAC/piping project delivery
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-project operations
- Strong financial, strategic, and communication skills
- Experience within a mechanical contractor or similar construction environment
