Director of Operations

One of New England's top mechanical contractors and best places to work is looking to add a Director of Operations for the process piping division. This is a great opportunity for a process piping pro to put their stamp on one of the best companies in the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pipefitting and process piping trades combined with 5 years of mechanical construction project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategy to develop and grow start-up process piping specialty division 
• Establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Implement project management standards and procedures
• Full profit and loss responsibility 
• Grow and manage team of project managers, sales engineers and tradesman

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or a combinations of 5 years in the process piping field trades with 5 years of project management experience
