We will relocate the right candidate to beautiful Montana!What You Will Be DoingOur Director of Maintenance will work with our client(s) and A&P Licensed Technicians, to oversee maintenance, repair, and modifications. You will work with Quality Inspectors to define and execute scope of work, schedule work for efficient delivery, and supervise all daily activities to keep operations on track and on budget.What You Need for this Position- 5 years as Maintenance Manager or DOM
- Airframe Powerplant License
- General Aviation experience; Pilatus, Cessna, Piper
- Demonstrated history of working in 145 MRO
- ability to manage scheduling and complete paperwork per FAA guidelinesWhat's In It for You- Competitive Compensation; $100-150k salary DOE
