Position Overview
The Director of Design for Residential Construction is responsible for overseeing the design process of luxury residential projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team to deliver exceptional residential projects.

- Utilize Chief Architect and AutoCAD software to create detailed design plans and drawings.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations while meeting client expectations.
- Review and approve design drafts and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in luxury residential design.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues that arise.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in residential construction design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential design, particularly in luxury and custom home projects.
- Proficiency in Chief Architect and AutoCAD software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work in residential construction.
