Established National Law Firm Seeking Labor & Employment Associate Attorney: Chicago, IL & Houston, TX
A well-established national law firm with a prominent Labor & Employment practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Chicago, IL or Houston, TX. This Associate would have 3-10 years of experience representing clients in labor and employment matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated L&E cases while benefiting from a collaborative and collegial legal team.

Qualifications:
3-10 years of labor and employment experience
Strong litigation and counseling skills, including administrative proceedings, depositions, and discovery
Active Bar license in Illinois and/or Texas in good standing
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wage and hour, and traditional labor issues
Conducting depositions, legal research, and drafting motions and pleadings
Representing clients before administrative agencies, in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Advising clients on employment policies, risk assessment, and compliance matters
Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters
