Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRO & Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives and optimize our conversion strategies. This role will focus on enhancing user experience, driving customer acquisition, and leveraging data analytics to improve our marketing efforts across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze user behavior and customer journey to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve landing pages, email campaigns, and overall user experience.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive sales.
• Leverage data analysis tools such as GA4 and Amplitude to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate marketing automation tools and optimize the online shopping experience.
• Develop and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
• Oversee social media marketing efforts to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
• Create and manage brand strategies that align with customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years leadership experience in growth marketing, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
• Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and Segment.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
