Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contracts related to corporate transactions
- Advising clients on corporate governance matters
- Conducting due diligence in M&A transactions
- Assisting in merger and acquisition processes
- Providing legal guidance on compliance and regulatory issues
- Collaborating with other legal and business professionals to support corporate initiatives
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in transactions and M&A
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
