The ideal candidate will specialize in corporate law and have a strong background in transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. This role will involve providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing the company in various corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
- Advise on real estate transactions and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate initiatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with external parties.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactions
- Strong understanding of real estate law and acquisition processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
