Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal system performance and energy efficiency in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure HVAC control systems and building automation systems (BAS).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC control systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Utilize PLC programming and HMI interfaces for system diagnostics and control.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to building automation and HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on system operation and maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controls Technician or similar role in HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
• Experience with PLC programming/troubleshooting and HMI design.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with VRF systems and their controls.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in HVAC or controls technology preferred.
