Controls Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for various automation projects. This role requires a strong background in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and electrical engineering to ensure the efficiency and safety of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for automation projects.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into new and existing operations.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding control systems and operation.
- Develop documentation for controls systems and maintain project records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of automation processes and instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with robotics and HMI development.
- Knowledge of PID control and process control methodologies.
- Familiarity with industrial networking and safety systems.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
