Required Qualifications
- PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley PLC5, SLC, Logix; Ignition a plus)
- HMI development experience (FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition)
- Knowledge of industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet)
- Low-voltage electrical design and AutoCAD drafting experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and instrumentation skills
- Experience with control panels, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and power distribution
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills
- Experience in fluid process industries such as food & beverage, dairy, sanitary processing, water treatment, or similar environments
Preferred Qualifications
- VFD selection and commissioning (Allen-Bradley PowerFlex preferred)
- UL 508A panel design knowledge
- CIP systems and sanitary process experience
- SQL Server/database experience
- PID loop design and tuning
- Project management and startup/commissioning experience
