This job involved the design, development, systems integration and implementation of control systems for various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will bring skills in Rockwell/ControlLogix PLC programming, networking (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.) and schematic/panel design in AutoCAD or similar software.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for industrial applications
- Program and configure PLCs, primarily with Rockwell systems
- Integrate various subsystems for cohesive operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control systems
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize processes
- Create and maintain documentation for control systems and processes
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems prior to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in industrial controls and system integration
- Proficiency in Rockwell PLC programming
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, previous experience in machine building and hydraulics
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software, manufacturing processes and controls engineering principles
- Experience with NEC, NFPA standards, and 70E compliance
- Knowledge of motion controls, Ethernet/IP, and control enclosure design, experience with Modbus, CAN, CoDeSys, LabView, and HMI programming
- Nice to have: Background in servo design, schematic design, and DC motor controls
- Nice to have: Experience with battery/drive systems, VFDs, robotics, telematics, and vision systems
