- Review and draft contracts ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and service providers
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise
- Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and identify mitigation strategies
- Maintain organized records of contracts and amendments for easy access and reference
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met
- Provide guidance on contract-related issues to stakeholders
- Assist in the procurement process by evaluating vendor proposals and options
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and experience
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and legal documentation
- Experience in risk management and vendor management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
