Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise on-site
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation effectively
- Facilitate communication between different teams and clients
- Oversee the execution of work in cold storage and manufacturing environments
- Travel as required to various project locations.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and safety regulations
- Experience in industrial and manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with data center and mission-critical construction projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for project needs
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
