- To clarify we need a Project Scheduler with industrial construction & Primavera experience**
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop & revise detailed construction schedules using MS Project for multiple aerospace/industrial projects
- Conduct critical path and time impact analyses, incl: delay fragments & resource/cost loading
- Lead daily huddles and pull plan sessions with onsite teams to align milestones and resolve schedule conflicts
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and scheduling requirements
- Prepare advisory reports & progress updates for management, highlighting risks, delays & mitigation strategies
- 10 years of experience in large-scale construction scheduling, preferably in aerospace or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in MS Project (required); Primavera P6 and Takt Plan Scheduling experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of Lean Construction principles incl: pull planning & collaborative scheduling
- Ability to perform schedule forecasting, earned value analysis & procurement coordination
- Excellent communication and reporting skills w/ ability to travel 10-20% to job sites & client facilities
