Construction Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job Title: Project Manager 
Job Location: Spokane, WA - Hybrid - 2-3 days / week remote
Salary: $130k-$150k Bonus Benefits 401k Match
Requirements: 5 years as a construction Project Manager with a focus in Commercial or Healthcare projects

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of projects across Healthcare and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage all phases of the project 
- Assure construction meets established quality standards 
- Identifies and implements method and systems for achieving cost savings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
