Key Responsibilities
- Analyze system configurations and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct software testing to verify that configurations meet requirements and standards.
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Document configuration processes, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in system configurations.
- Adhere to ITIL principles and best practices to manage changes effectively.
- Assist in change management processes by evaluating and implementing configuration changes.
- Develop scripts to automate routine configuration tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Manage databases related to configuration management and ensure data integrity.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to support configuration management initiatives.
- Integrate systems and ensure compatibility between different software and hardware components.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and software testing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in data analysis and deriving insights from data.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and change management processes.
- Basic scripting skills, with experience in automation preferred.
- Knowledge of database management and data integrity practices.
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of systems integration concepts and practices.
