- Plan, coordinate, and supervise concrete construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation as needed.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain high performance.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
