Concrete Project Manager

Location: Springdale, AR

Salary: $100k-$130k

Position Overview

The Concrete Project Manager will oversee concrete construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of concrete work, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise concrete construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation as needed.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain high performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
