Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and development projects. The primary objective of this role is to provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in navigating the complexities of real estate law and to ensure the successful execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and purchase agreements
• Assist in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
• Provide legal counsel on real estate development projects and financial transactions
• Advise clients on joint ventures and partnerships related to real estate
• Conduct due diligence and title reviews for real estate transactions
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals in real estate development
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Manage and resolve any disputes related to real estate transactions or agreements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Barred in FL
• 4  years of experience in commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, finance, and development
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with multifamily projects and commercial leases is preferred
