Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that affect commercial litigation
- Jurisdictional Bar Admission
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong understanding of commercial law and litigation practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
