An established firm based in St. Petersburg with a combined over 30 years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2 years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and related litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in state and federal courts.
Offer
Salary range: $100,000-$140,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Florida.
The candidate should have 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
The candidate must possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
The attorney will handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through trial.
The attorney will draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare for hearings and trials.
The attorney will communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and strategic advice.
