Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of pleadings and motions
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence for cases
- Draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and discovery requests
- Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic advice
- Stay updated on legal developments and trends in commercial and real estate litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Barred in CA
- 3 years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields
- Strong knowledge of real property and business litigation
- Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
- Proficiency in conducting legal research and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
