Key Responsibilities
- Manage the escrow process for commercial real estate transactions
- Ensure compliance with all escrow requirements and regulations
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate the transaction
- Review and prepare legal documents related to escrow and closing
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and funds
- Handle the distribution of funds according to the terms of the escrow agreement
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the escrow process
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the transaction
- Proven experience as an Escrow Officer in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Familiarity with legal documents and settlement processes
- Experience with commercial title and escrow management is a plus
- Certification or licensing as an Escrow Officer is preferred
