Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Commercial Estimator specializing in ground-up construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial feasibility and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to identify scope of work and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up construction projects.
• Analyze and compare costs for labor, materials, and other project-related expenses.
• Develop and submit bid proposals to clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Adjust estimates based on changes in project scope or client specifications.
• Maintain a database of past project costs for reference in future estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction methods, and pricing to enhance estimating accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an estimator in commercial construction, preferably with ground-up projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
