Client Accounting Services Senior

Position Overview

The Client Accounting Services Senior is responsible for managing the financial activities of our clients, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while providing exceptional client service. This role involves overseeing accounting processes, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and contributing to financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Provide support during audits, including preparing necessary documentation
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and insights
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and analysis
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide guidance
• Maintain attention to detail in all financial activities and reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in client accounting or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
