Civil Superintendent - Sitework

Looking for a civil superintendent with 5 years of sitework and/or utility construction experience for work in NH and around NE.

Plus, this company pays well (120k-$150k depending on experience), but that's not what is most interesting about this opportunity...

Responsibilities

• Supervise sitework operations including earthwork, excavation, grading, and utility installation
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Enforce safety compliance measures to promote a safe working environment
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenses to prevent cost overruns
• Negotiate contracts and work with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals
• Lead and mentor site teams to enhance performance and productivity
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Assess and manage risks associated with site operations
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 years sitework and/or utility construction experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• OSHA 10
• Experience with drawings, materials, and cost control procedures
