Civil Superintendent - construction

If you're a civil super with 3 years experience and a project list that includes underground utility projects -you're exactly who we need. 

This is an opportunity to join a stable construction company with a 50 year track record of success who's paying good money ($110,000-$135,000 DOE) for a super.

 From the outside looking in, this company has a good reputation in the area and take care of their employees (who stick around on average 5 years).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of water and sewer construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing invoices.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or challenges.
• Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Administer contracts and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work.
• Prepare submittals and manage punchlist items to finalize project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years civil superintendent experience
• Utility experience (water, sewer, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• P6 or P7 license would be outstanding
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in project management software such as P6, HCSS, and Excel.
• Excavation / sitework experience a nice bonus
