- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Advocate in court on behalf of clients during civil rights trials.

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and options.
- Stay informed about current civil rights laws and precedents.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar admission to practice law in Illinois
- 1 year of experience in civil rights litigation.
- Strong understanding of civil rights laws and regulations.
- Proven skills in legal research and writing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Base Salary: $100K-$125K
