Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and organize field data for commercial, industrial, and multi-family land uses
- Oversee project design team including review of work, coordination with outside consultants, and ensure project meets submittal deadlines
- Review design of improvement plans, as well as wet utility design and calculations
Must Have:
- 3 years of experience as Civil Engineer
- California Licensed Engineer (or ability to obtain a license within 1 year of hire)
- Fluent with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development
- Project Management experience
Salary: $105k-$205k
