Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze site development plans and strategies.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate land use and environmental impact.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding site development and construction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and design purposes.
- Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and support to field personnel.
- Prepare permitting documents and submissions for municipal approvals.
- Implement stormwater management practices and drainage designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Knowledge of land development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with municipal construction and design standards.
- Experience in project management and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
