Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or Industrial Engineering 
• 0 years of related professional experience required - we will provide you with career training!
• Ability to work first shift Mondays - Fridays in an industrial environment

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to work first shift: 3 AM start time Mondays thru Fridays
• Leadership within the Quality Management team for industrial materials manufacturing, precast concrete
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and develop solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to construction and materials testing
• Data collection, analysis and monitoring and calibration of equipment

Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 $3,000 Bonus upon certification within 6 mos Annual Bonus
