We are seeking a skilled Cash Flow Finance Attorney to join our legal team. This role will focus on providing expert legal advice and support in the areas of cash flow-based lending and debt finance transactions, primarily on the lender side. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital investments and acquisition financings within the context of the private credit and money center banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on cash flow-based lending transactions and debt finance agreements.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, financing documents, and related contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence for debt financing transactions and acquisition financings.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored financing solutions.
- Advise on structuring debt transactions and capital investments to optimize outcomes for lenders.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting cash flow finance and related practices.
- Assist in resolving disputes and issues arising from debt structures and lending transactions.
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance law, specifically in cash flow-based lending.
- Strong background in debt finance transactions and acquisition financings.
- Experience working with money center banks and private credit funds.
- Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex financial agreements.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sports finance is a plus.
