Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze legal issues related to business litigation.
- Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Engage in client and witness interviews, discovery, and negotiations.
- Provide clients with advice and legal guidance in business litigation cases.
- Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to prepare for and manage trial proceedings.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California
- 2 years of litigation experience in Business law
- Strong understanding of business litigation, contracts, disputes, business torts, unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, and unfair competition.
