- Oversee daily operations and manage construction activities on bridge projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities and resources.
- Manage and supervise field personnel to maintain optimal productivity and morale.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in bridge construction or heavy civil projects.
- Strong understanding of roadway construction and structural engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
