Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations in abatement and remediation services. This role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and compliance management to ensure exceptional service delivery and branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for abatement projects, including water, mold, fire, and asbestos remediation.
• Oversee branch operations, including financial performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project lifecycle: estimating (Xactimate), scheduling crews, ordering materials, and ensuring quality control.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols for hazardous materials handling and abatement procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in remediation and abatement operations.
• Strong background in estimating, project management, and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Knowledge of risk management, financial oversight, and branch operations.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
