Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for abatement projects, including water, mold, fire, and asbestos remediation.
- Oversee branch operations, including financial performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project lifecycle: estimating (Xactimate), scheduling crews, ordering materials, and ensuring quality control.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols for hazardous materials handling and abatement procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients.
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in remediation and abatement operations.
- Strong background in estimating, project management, and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Knowledge of risk management, financial oversight, and branch operations.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Compensation: 120-150k DOE
