Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in electrical contracting.
- Prepare bids and estimates for projects, ensuring compliance with NEC standards.
- Oversee project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage the branch budget and financial performance, optimizing resource allocation and profitability.
- Ensure safety compliance and best practices are followed on all job sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting or related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and regulations.
- Proven experience in bids, estimates, and project management in construction.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management.
- Experience with data center projects and commercial construction preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
