BIM Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling efforts across multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and engineering, with the ability to manage and coordinate complex design processes using advanced BIM tools and technologies. The BIM Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing project efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM team in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure effective integration of BIM processes.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables related to BIM modeling and documentation.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution during the design phase to minimize project conflicts.
• Oversee the training and development of staff in BIM tools and technologies, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders using digital collaboration tools.
• Implement data management practices to ensure accuracy and availability of project information.
• Utilize design visualization techniques to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Explore and integrate digital twin technology into project workflows for enhanced analysis and performance monitoring.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 Years of HVAC Designing Experience required
• 3 Years of Management Experience preferred
• Proven experience in project management within the AEC industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
• Solid understanding of architectural design, structural engineering, and construction management principles.
• Experience with 3D modeling and design visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with clash detection and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of data management and digital twin technology applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
