The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with management to enhance audit processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
- Review audit work papers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient audit processes.
- Stay current on industry developments and best practices in audit and assurance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Proven experience in audit, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Experience in Assurance, Construction, Manufacturing, Non-Profit (NFP), or Government sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
